1. Promotion rehearsal will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 8:50 am. All students participating in Promotion must be in attendance at the rehearsal.
2. The ceremony starts at 2 pm on June 6 but students must be checked in no later than 1:30 pm. Doors will open in the MPR at 1 pm. Students will pick up their name card at this time (details to follow at rehearsal). The guest entrance will then open at 1:30 pm.
3.DON’T BE LATE! If students are not in line with the procession begins, they will not participate in the ceremony.
4.The school dress code still applies. There is no designated dress code for the ceremony but students who are not appropriately dressed will not be able to participate.
5.All visitors will enter the gate immediately adjacent to the lunch tables in the north-west corner of the parking lot.
6.All students will enter the south gate (between the front office and B building) prior to the start of the Promotion ceremony.
7.Balloons are not permitted on campus as they block the view of other visitors. Air horns and any other noise making devices are also prohibited.
8.At the end of the ceremony students will go back into the MPR to pick up their promotion certificate and then are permitted to go home with their family.
