8th grade Knott’s permission slips are due back no later than this Wednesday, June 5th. Please turn them in to Ms.Barraza in the attendance office.
Tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday are minimum days and school is out at 11:40. If you’d like to stay for lunch, it will be served after school until 12:10.
Promotion rehearsal will be held on Thursday, June 6 at 8:50 am. All students participating in. Promotion MUST be in attendance at the rehearsal. The ceremony starts at 2 pm on June 6 but students must be checked in NO LATER than 1:30 pm. Doors will open in the MPR at 1 pm. Students will pick up their name card at this time (details to follow at rehearsal). The guest entrance will then open at 1:30 pm. DON’T BE LATE! If students are not in line with the procession begins, they will not participate in the ceremony. All students will enter the south gate (between the front office and B building) prior to the start of the Promotion ceremony. Balloons are not permitted on campus as they block the view of other visitors. Air horns and any other noise making devices are also prohibited. At the end of the ceremony students will go back into the MPR to pick up their promotion certificate and then are permitted to go home with their family.
